The Reverend Dr. Alfred F. Laveroni, D. Min., Rector
“Fr. Al” Laveroni, a native of New York
City, came to Resurrection in September 1989. He graduated from General
Theological Seminary in New York, was
ordained in 1963, and received his D. Min. from Drew University
in NJ. He served twenty years as a chaplain in the United States Army, seeing
duty in Viet Nam, Turkey, and Europe,
completing his tour of duty at APG. He and his wife Jean, a Harford County
school teacher, live in Havre De Grace, MD.
